An Air Operators Certificate (AOC) issued by the national Aviation Authority is a pre-requisite to operating aeroplanes for Commercial Air Transprt. Once issued, any variation to the types and numbers of aeroplanes operated, or to the types of operations carried out is likely to require an AOC variation.
